How does New Dispatch improve on-time performance?

It keeps your dispatch board in sync with the road. When a trip fails or a driver cancels, New Dispatch reroutes it live to the nearest available driver, so pickups stay on schedule.

Do I need to replace my current MediRoutes setup?

No. New Dispatch is an update to Live Dispatch and is included in the MediRoutes platform. Your trips, integrations, and history carry over.
