Hi!, my name is Leandro, born and raised in Italy, moved to USA 10 years ago. I've been director of UX, Director of IxD and also Creative Director, I managed teams up to 30 talents spread around the world and 100% passionate about design. Creative Problem Solver: I try to find new improvements on everything that surrounds me.

I often use the “What if” sentence whenever I want to questioning a process, a product, something that I know can be better. I am a builder of experiences, that add value to organizations by keeping their users central to each interaction while bringing on the table new strategies and innovating solutions that change the way you are used to interact and makes MediRoutes being the leader to be copied/followed.
