Hi, my name is Geoff and I’m excited to be the new Customer Success Manager here at MediRoutes. I have a background in various technical support & customer service roles, in both call center and software development environments. I have a real passion for the customer experience, helping people, and innovation in all of its forms. I like to practice “beginner’s mind” when thinking about challenges. It’s my strong belief that sometimes coming up with better solutions actually starts with forgetting what you think you already know. I was born and raised in New York City but moved to Arizona in my early 20s. I fell in love with the desert, the amazing sunsets, and the darkest night skies I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived here ever since. Outside of work, I enjoy taking road trips with my wife to anywhere and everywhere, going to the beach, playing with the world’s sweetest little ginger cat, building and repairing computers, cooking, and gardening.
I was a DJ at an alternative radio station (88.9 WSIA) for about a year before moving to AZ.
