Hi, I'm Josie, a passionate problem-solver who thrives on helping people and getting to the heart of issues. I hold a bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University, where I honed my analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, both of which I rely on daily. As a customer support representative at MediRoutes, I have the privilege of connecting with people, understanding their challenges, and finding effective solutions. I take great pride in my ability to listen with empathy, remain patient, and work diligently to resolve problems, always with the goal of making a positive impact on those I assist.

Outside of work, I’ve been happily married to my best friend for 21 years, and together, we share a love for adventure. My husband and I often seek out thrilling experiences, whether it's camping in scenic locations where he can paramotor or skiing at our local resorts. You can typically find me in the lodge, savoring a warm cup of cocoa while he’s zooming down black diamond runs. While my idea of adventure may be conquering the bunny hill, I’ve developed a strong desire to join him in his airborne pursuits and am currently working toward paramotoring training with the hope of someday soaring alongside him in the skies.

When I’m not working or out on an adventure, you’ll probably find me indulging in a gripping book or movie, especially thrillers or romance with plot twists that keep me on the edge of my seat. My curiosity and determination drive me to embrace new challenges, both in my personal life and career. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and take on whatever comes next. Whether it's solving a problem or tackling a personal goal, I’m ready for the next opportunity to stretch myself and make the most of every experience.

A fun fact about me is that I absolutely love makeup and self-care! I find it so relaxing to watch makeup tutorials and learn new techniques. There’s something so satisfying about experimenting with different looks and discovering what works best for me. It’s not just about the final result, though—I really enjoy the process of taking my time, trying out new products, and just focusing on myself for a bit. It’s my little way of unwinding and being creative!
