Hello! My name is Laura and I’m the top salesperson here at MediRoutes. To be fair, I am currently the only sales person. I have been in the NEMT business for almost 10 years, and I love it. I was introduced to MediRoutes when I started looking for a program to help me do the scheduling and dispatching for my transportation company. About five years ago I was offered the opportunity to do sales and training with MediRoutes and I love it. I am proud to be part of a can do, get it done and while laughing team.  

My previous work was focused on call center and project management. I did everything from taking calls to Sr. Operations Manager. You name a position in a call center, and I’ve done it. I think these experiences help me understand the business side of NEMT while still maintaining customer service. Sharing these experiences from a sales or training aspect is part of why I love my job so much.
