Attestation

Definition
The digital or physical act of certifying that a trip took place, typically requiring a signature from the driver and/or the member.

Overview

Why it Matters

Without attestation, a claim is technically unsupported. In an audit, claims lacking attestation are recouped (taken back).

How it Works

The member signs the driver's tablet glass. The software records the GPS location and time of that signature.
